Upon completing her B.A. in Psychology at Northern Illinois University, Barbara began her career with Northwestern Mutual in June 2004.  She works on the  insurance side of John's business.  Clients may contact Barbara with any questions regarding their insurance policies, premium payments, or any other general requests.  She can be reached via email or phone, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am-2:30 pm and Friday 6:30 am - 11:30 am.

Katie, Director of Marketing for Financial Representative John Klich, began her career at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 2006. She has been a client of John's since 2003. Katie assists John in providing great service to all of his clients. Please feel free to contact Katie to schedule or change an appointment, with questions, or if you would like John to meet with any of your friends or family.

Since Katie was a client before she starting working with John, she knows how sincerely he wants to help his client reach their goals.
